This is a typical telephone call which comes through from a customer who has a faulty UPVC double glazed door. 2# Inform Survey Team

The engineers removed the locking barrel and mechanism plus explained the issue to the customer. At this point all the measurements were taken and all 3 products were identified by our engineers.
A phone call was made to the office to explain the exact products required to mend the door and the labour work details.
4# Our Double Glazing Stores
After giving the customer a competitive quotation for the work he was happy to go ahead. Now the engineers have all the details for the handle, locking barrel and upvc door mechanism, we can now source the suitable parts from our double glazing hardware stores or purchase in from our mainstream suppliers.

As you can see by the photograph on the left we sourced the 3 parts new security handle in gold, full locking mechanism and locking barrel with 3 keys.
